This family-run firm has cultivated grapes for four generations, and now makes wine from 7 ha throughout the Cotes de Nuits. Jean-Louis Serveau has run the domaine since 1973. After hand-picking the grapes, the wine is matured in oak casts for 18 to 22 months. The aromatic range includes cherries and forest floor with flavours of red fruits and blackberries.
