Wow, beautiful. Upon opening toasted popcorn +2 octaves on the palette which evolves into a bright, ethereal, feminine hash/cannabis. Yellow-green color in the glass. Great acidity and mouthfeel, not too heavy or thin.Nose is same as palette.Never bored with any Aubert bottle. Another amazing bottle. And it’s not a vineyard specific bottle.*3rd night excellent Chardonnay.
