Enchanting complex nuances of acacia flower, hay, lemon verbena, honey, grilled nuts, smoky flint, lime, spicy sweet vanilla, some toast. Medium bodied with sharp acidity, it offers magnificient depth and ultra precision. Lingering flavours combining terroir, fruits, oak and time. Salute to Didier Dagueneau! It can easily age and last for a decade+ (July 2021)
