Domaine Tempier, Bandol, La Migoua 2005
Description
92 points Wine Spectator
Very lush and creamy for Bandol, showing concentrated berry and plum flavors, with notes of dark cherry. Mocha and dark chocolate linger on the broad finish. Drink now through 2014. (6/2008)
91 points Robert Parker's Wine Advocate
The smallest production of Tempier’s cuvees, this has an opulent nose, very ripe with more obvious scents of oak. Similarly the palate is very concentrated but just lacking a little character and again, just a little over-oaked. A delicious wine, quite gamey, but not as enchanting as the Tourtine. Drinking 2015-2025. (NM) (6/2007)
