The brilliant 2000 Zinfandel Moore (Earthquake) Vineyard (400 cases) is a blockbuster. It exhibits surprising elegance for a Zinfandel from this site. A dense opaque ruby/purple color is followed by restrained aromas of blackberries, cassis liqueur, licorice, pepper, and spring flowers.
