This pitch black colored Syrah from Robert Foley has a lot of Northern Rhone characteristics. It opens with fragrant blackberry and oak bouquet with a hint of blueberry. On the palate, this wine is full bodied, balanced and rich. The flavor profile is an extracted blackberry and black licorice blend with notes of black olive and black tea. I also detected hints of minerality and mulberry. The finish is dry and its flavors slowly fade away. This Syrah is a very nice fireplace wine to sip with Kerrygold Dubliner cheese. Enjoy - Ken

Kelly makes a pie from blackberries, blueberries, and raspberries (a true Kelly's Cuvee in pie form) that does not stray far from the delicious fruit aromatics and flavors of this 100% Syrah. These flavors and aromas will fill your entire soul and coat the palate with a chewable experience.
