This single-vineyard estate-grown Cabernet Sauvignon is born in the vineyard blocks that surround Robert Foley Vineyards at 2000 feet elevation on Howell Mountain. An elegant wine, its deep aromas of black cherry and cedar kick off this classic Howell Mountain Cabernet Sauvignon. Abundant yet gentle tannin and mountain acidity balance the lush mid-palate. The finish seems to go on for eternity and this wine will continue to bottle age gracefully for many years to come. Hector Lopez’s golden touch in our estate vineyard has produced the best fruit I have ever worked with. This is my favorite wine, bar none.
