Fantastic bottle (level: high neck)
Served blind everybody at the table guessed old left bank bdx.
Acid, fruit and tannin all in perfect harmony. Red fruit on the nose along with Forest floor and tobacco.
Big big surprise from a rather weak vintage.
In the same session we had Latour 1992, Mouton 1992 and Ornellaia 1992 — and Sassicaia won WOTN. (6/12/2021)
