Yellow gold. Nice clarity. On the nose strongly citrus bites mixed with blossoms. On the palate: Really pure, mineral and long. There is lovely clarity and focus here. Lemon citrus and savoury notes. Green apple and mild notes of stone fruit. Textural - citrus pith and wet stone. There is also a lactic/creamy feel. Mouthwatering.

The 2018 Chablis Boucheron reveals attractive aromas of white flowers apples and peaches framed by a light touch of reduction. On the palate it's medium to full-bodied lively but enveloping with a satiny attack chewy extract and impressively tangy acids. This derives from a lieu-dit located between Le Vaillon and La Forest.
