The 2018 Chablis Les Sechets ler Cru is ample, creamy and layered. Dried flowers, mint, orchard fruit, chamomile and spice all develop in a wonderfully expressive, perfumed wine that is pure sensuality. A very flinty and steely nose with mineral and lemon, lime and grapefruit pith. The palate has a very refined core of acidity and a wealth of green mangoes, peaches and lemons, in a very restrained, taut, assertive and yet elegant style. The textural interplay and build is stunning. 07/2019
