Drank at Canoe Restaurant in Buckhead. Excellent, maybe even wine of the night amongst some heavy hitters (06 Leoville Barton, 12 Frank Family Winston Hill Reserve Cab, 03 Valdicava Madonna Riserva, and a 15 William Fevre 1er cru Chablis). Very elegant, great structure and acidity, pleasant fruit. I only have one bottle left, gonna be hard to keep my hands off it! 11/11/2018

A subtle touch of wood frames a more elegant and somewhat more refined wet stone and wild red berry fruit nose. The round and equally mineral-inflected flavors display excellent delineation on the moderately austere and impressively persistent finish that possesses excellent vitality. This is really quite attractive though it will require an ample amount of cellar time to reach its apogee. (Drink starting 2021) 01/2011
