Good classic Burgundy nose with sandalwood, dark fruit, earth, animal, sous bois, cinnamon, and herbs. On the palate, it showed good length and depth. It opened up more in the glass. Slightly preferred the 93 Laurent Charmes in this vintage for the fruit. But surely is this Mazis more robust and structured. It still has a long life ahead. January 28, 2024
