First created by the folks at Far Niente in 1985, the Dolce label has become a standard-bearer for California dessert wine. Made with late harvest Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon in very small quantities, the Dolce is decadent and sultry, with plenty of sugar and acidity to allow to age in a good cellar for decades.
