Wow. An excellent surprise in that it was better than expected. P'n'P and after 15 minutes was fully open and held its spot for the next couple hours, and certainly would have continued but for finishing the bottle. Just hints of bricking but no loss of color otherwise. Striking overripe but also sour/tangy red fruits, with rich black fruits, iron oxide element added to its complexity, dried herbs, touch of sweet Oak. Long smooth tannins. Very long finish. Distinctive flavor profile. Wish I had more. This bottle would have been lovely 5 years from now. 8/22/2022
