The last of a master's works. This shows much brighter than the 2005, with almost a red tone on the nose, although the animale note is still present. Slightly minty, even. The palate is sweeter, richer, and more full than the 2005. This definitely shows more towards the red side of things, with lovely fresh acidity. Perhaps this isn't as feral and wild as the others I've had, but damn, this is convincing and tasty. 9/27/2015
