An ethereal red, boasting the elegance and finesse of the vintage. Cherry, strawberry, leather, licorice and tobacco notes are shaded by oak spice, but this has a core of mineral that drives the lingering finish. Shows harmony and restraint overall. Best from 2017 through 2032. 200 cases made.

Really nice sweet spot Barolo. Not too modern, somewhat traditional, nicely aged and pretty pure. Distinct tar, rose petals and cherry’s. Bright acidity. Integrated tannin. Long finish. Quite nice! 12/25/2023
