SUSURRUS | Magnolia Oolong, Sparkling Tea
In a category crowded with imitations, Susurrus Sparkling Tea—a non-alcoholic elixir—distinguishes itself through origin and intent.
Organic, high-elevation oolong, hand-harvested, is only the beginning. It is then naturally scented through an ancient floral tradition. In the glass, it’s luminous and exacting: white peach and magnolia lifted by a fine, persistent bead.
At its core is organic Jinxuan, the “Golden Lily” cultivar, grown at 1,000 meters in Fujian’s mountain air. Harvested as a Special Grade, the leaves are gathered at the precise moment when spring vitality is most vivid. Elevation lends natural tension, preserving aromatic lift. The raw material arrives already balanced and expressive.
Balance carries seamlessly into the glass. The structure is deliberate, guided by a wine-trained sensibility that understands proportion. White peach glides across the palate. It drinks with the poise of a cool-climate sparkler, yet remains entirely its own expression: precise, luminous, and impossible to forget once experienced.
"The Magnolia Oolong bottling features hand-harvested organic oolong, naturally scented with May’s lush magnolia blossoms. Radiantly silky, with creamy floral aromas that dance alongside bright notes of candied melon, papaya, and crisp pear, this bottling is dewy springtime sunshine – honoring the ancient Chinese tradition of flower-scented teas."
Susurrus Sparkling Teas are bottlings of true tea - not herbals - meaning these are teas crafted from the camellia sinensis plant. Its leaves naturally contain caffeine, but a bottle of Susurrus is relatively low in caffeine in comparison to coffee or espresso and should not be thought of as a "caffeinated beverage."
